Welcome to MooMeetup. By accessing or using our website (moomeetup.com) or any of our services — including MooCredits and MooMingle — through any form of digital device, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

MooMeetup is a curated community platform for wellness-minded professionals. Our services facilitate event attendance, community discovery, and social connection. MooMeetup:

• Does not provide vetting, background checks, or recommendations of any user;
• Does not guarantee interaction, compatibility, safety, or outcomes;
• Functions as a technological intermediary between community members.

All interactions initiated through MooMeetup occur solely at users' own discretion and risk.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

MooMeetup reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for any violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or exploit other users;
• Use our services for unlawful, commercial, or solicitation purposes;
• Share false, offensive, or defamatory content;
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or misuse user data;
• Upload or distribute any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party without the express authorisation of the rights holder;
• Collect, harvest, or store personal data of other users without their explicit consent;
• Post content containing viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage our services or users' devices;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with our services;
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content generated on or through MooMeetup without prior written consent.

Violation may result in immediate removal and exclusion from future MooMeetup events and services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Meetings and communications with other users occur outside the control of MooMeetup, its organizers, partners, sponsors, or affiliates;
• You are solely responsible for your interactions, communications, decisions, and in-person meetings with other community members;
• You assume all risks, including personal safety, emotional harm, reputational harm, and financial loss, arising from platform-related interactions.

MooMeetup does not supervise, monitor, or control user behaviour or offline meetings.

All content on MooMeetup, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MooMeetup Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MooMeetup, its organizers, partners, sponsors, and their respective officers and volunteers:

• Disclaim all liability for user conduct, communications, meetings, or outcomes;
• Are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage — including personal injury, emotional distress, reputational harm, loss of or damage to personal property, or economic loss — arising from use of our services;
• Make no representations or warranties regarding user identity, intentions, or behaviour.

All use of MooMeetup is strictly “as is” and “as available”.

You expressly agree to:

• Release and forever discharge MooMeetup Limited and its organizers from any and all claims arising from use of our services;
• Indemnify and hold harmless MooMeetup Limited against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your conduct or breach of these Terms.

Participation in MooMeetup does not imply endorsement, approval, or sponsorship of any user or third party, and does not create any partnership, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between users and MooMeetup Limited.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time without notice, and to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. You waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or forum non conveniens.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MooMeetup Limited concerning your use of our services, superseding all prior communications or understandings.
