MooMeetup was born from a simple belief: that how we eat, how we treat each other, and how we treat the planet are all connected. Environmental responsibility, social impact, and good governance aren't a compliance exercise for us — they're the reason the community exists.

Lighter on the planet, by design
Everything we gather around — plant-based food, low-waste events, mindful travel — is chosen to tread gently. Sustainability isn't a program we bolt on; it's the reason MooMeetup exists.
Plant-forward by default
Every MooMeetup gathering is built around plant-based dining. A plant-based meal carries a fraction of the land, water, and emissions footprint of its animal-based equivalent — so simply changing what's on the table changes our collective impact.
Low-waste gatherings
We favour venues and partners that minimise single-use plastics, reduce food waste, and source thoughtfully. Where we can measure it, we work to reduce it event over event.
Conscious sourcing
We prioritise restaurants, makers, and suppliers who share our values — local where possible, seasonal where it makes sense, and transparent about where things come from.
Governance
Run with integrity and care
Good governance is how we keep our promises. We aim to be transparent, protect the people who trust us with their time and data, and hold our partners to the same standards we hold ourselves.
Privacy you can trust
We collect only what we need to run the community, we're clear about how it's used, and we never sell your data. Our practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Honest partnerships
Sponsors and partners are chosen for genuine alignment with our values — not the highest bid. We're transparent with our community about who we work with and why.
Accountable operations
As a small, founder-led company, decisions are made close to the community they affect. We listen, we adjust, and we treat feedback as a governance tool, not a formality.
