Terms & Conditions - MooCredits
MooCredits is a digital credits and rewards program operated by MooMeetup Limited. Members can top-up, earn, and redeem credits at MooMeetup events and participating partners. By opening or using a MooCredits account, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility: Available to verified MooMeetup members aged 18 or above. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and subject to approval.
2. Activation and Top-Up: Your MooCredit account becomes active only after your initial top-up. Top-ups are non-refundable.
3. Refunds & Cancellations: Credits are non-refundable once redeemed. If an event is cancelled, credits will be reissued to your account.
4. Partners & Liability: Partner vendors operate independently. MooMeetup is not responsible for product quality or partner service issues.

Terms & Conditions - MooMingle
MooMingle is a matchmaking feature operated under MooMeetup. By accessing or using MooMingle, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility:
1.1 You must be at least 25 years of age to use MooMingle. 1.2 By using the platform, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful. 1.3 MooMeetup reserves the right to suspend or remove any user at its sole discretion to preserve community integrity.
2. Nature of Service: MooMingle is a compatibility-based introduction platform designed to facilitate social and relationship-oriented connections within the MooMeetup ecosystem. MooMingle does not guarantee matches, compatibility, romantic outcomes, or continued engagement between users.
3. Account & Access: Access may be granted through: Event-based activation, MooCredits membership, Paid subscription tiers. Feature availability may vary by tier.
4. Refunds & Cancellations: Subscription tiers are charged on a one-time payment per month. We do not collect payment information and will not charge you automatically. Subscriptions are non-refundable once paid.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Automatic Deduction (MooCredits)
6.1 Certain MooMingle Premium features may be offered as recurring subscription plans.
6.2 MooCredits members who meet a minimum top-up amount of 1500 HKD are eligible to access MooMingle for free. Members may enroll in a Premium tier and opt into automatic recurring billing via MooCredits. The applicable subscription fee will be automatically deducted from the member’s MooCredits balance on a recurring basis until the member cancels their subscription.
6.3 Members may opt out at any time by emailing support@moomeetup.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6.5 Members are responsible for maintaining sufficient MooCredits balance. Insufficient balance may result in suspension of Premium features.
6.6 MooMeetup reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice.
7. Privacy & Data Use
7.1 MooMingle collects personal preference data solely for compatibility matching within the MooMeetup ecosystem. 7.2 We do not sell personal data to third parties. 7.3 Users consent to the use of anonymized and aggregated data for service improvement and algorithm refinement.
