MooCredits is a digital credits and rewards program operated by MooMeetup Limited. Members can top-up, earn, and redeem credits at MooMeetup events and participating partners.

1. Eligibility: Available to verified MooMeetup members aged 18 or above. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and subject to approval.

2. Activation and Top-Up: Your MooCredit account becomes active only after your initial top-up. Top-ups are non-refundable.

3. Refunds & Cancellations Credits are non-refundable once redeemed. If an event is cancelled, credits will be reissued to your account.

4. Partners & Liability: Partner vendors operate independently. MooMeetup is not responsible for product quality or partner service issues.

5. Data & Privacy: Your personal data is used solely for managing your MooCredits account and MooMeetup activities.
